As well as our Discovery Days, which you can see on the events page, we are open to visits from parents and their children at any time, so please feel free to contact us to arrange a suitable time.

 

Visits to the school will include tours of the building and grounds with our admissions team, with opportunities to ask any questions that you wish. We do, of course, welcome potential students to join their parents at any open day or visit.

There is much debate currently going on in the educational world about finding an alternative to GCSEs. We think that there already is one – the Middle Years Programme. This is an exciting 5 year educational framework, developing character attributes as well as deep understanding of key concepts, which culminates not in fact-driven examinations but in a Personal Project which stretches each student's creativity, thinking skills and resilience.

Our students leave us with all the qualifications they need for the next stage of their education, but more importantly with a sense of purpose which gives them maturity and perspective.
