We work closely with The Wilderness Centre run by Simon Dawson (pictured), which is over on Plump Hill in the Forest of Dean, high up on the side of the River Severn Valley. Our pupils use it weekly for outdoor learning, which we believe is a great way to learn - not only about the outdoors itself, but also because it brings a sense of calmness and wellbeing to the classroom.
Like all outdoor learning centres, The Wilderness is facing a challenging time. But we're excited about its future for 2021 and have a rapidly-filling order book for when this crisis is over.
