Discovery Day ..... One Place Left!

Our Discovery Days are designed to give prospective parents and children an idea of what a typical day might look like if you join Wotton House. On 12th February we will be showcasing our Rewilding project which is based at our sister site, The Wilderness Centre; we will also be showcasing what we get up to in Science. Our prime aim is to combine a rigorous education with hands on fun!  The Wilderness Centre plays a huge part in our school and our children go there every week throughout the year.  The children engage in rewilding projects and work towards the John Muir Award johnmuirtrust.org. In Prep they enjoy spending time with our 4 school ponies based there.  This year they are working with the ‘Friends of the Dartmoor Hill Pony'  https://wildtowonderful.org/   to find out more about the unique characteristics of these very special ponies.
